SALES, WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES
Marietta Industries, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your Shoes on the Rise product. If for any reason you are not, please refer to the following terms and conditions or e-mail us at customerservice@mariettaindustries.com or use the CONTACT US page of our web site.
WARRANTY
All purchases from Marietta Industries, Inc. come with a 90 day manufacturers warranty against material defects and/or failure. This does not include damage done in shipment. Should your purchase be damaged in shipment please contact the shipper. Then send us an e-mail to customerservice@mariettaindustries.com containing the shipper contact information and explain the damage. Once this information has been received a replacement item will be shipped to you.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Items purchased from Marietta Industries, Inc. may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Material returned must be in "new, uninstalled condition" in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed only after receipt of product by Marietta Industries, Inc. Partial refunds will be issued for items received in "less than new" condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after items have been received by Marietta Industries, Inc. and all refunds will be credited to the account of original purchase. No cash refunds will be made.
To return material to Marietta Industries, Inc. please e-mail us at customerservice@mariettaindustries.com for a Return Material Autorization. Your e-mail will be answered with the required RMA number and shipping information. This RMA number must be clear and legible on the shipping label and should be sent to the attention of RMA Dept.,via the address listed in the RMA. Any items returned without an RMA number will not be refunded - no exceptions. Any item returned because delivery has been refused will result in a 20% shipping and restocking fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you decide to cancel your order please submit your full name, billing address, order number and e-mail address to customerserivce@mariettaindustries.com. Please note this information must be identical to that of the original order information. Cancellation requests received prior to actual order shipment will be completely refunded to the account of original order, this includes the shipping costs. Cancellation requests received after shipment has been made will be refunded to the account of original order, excluding freight, after the order has been returned to Marietta Industries, Inc. (See RMA procedures listed above in REFUNDS/RETURNS section.)
